Mifratel: one system for hundreds of users

The challenge: Call-center specialist Mifratel wanted to automate a large part of its tasks. Because at any one moment there are hundreds of telephone operators working at the same time, a robust database was a critical requirement.

Our answer: We linked their telephones and their call-centers to a brand-new database. This allows us to record time, length, phone number and many other parameters automatically in the file. Telephoning, itself, also occurs from inside the application. And all data are so flexible that they are effortlessly incorporated in other databases and programs.
