Who is responsible for which task? Where are the pitfalls? Do we have an alternative? We take care of testing teams, create a system for feedback during the development and build safe margins of error to be able to stay on top of problems.

  • Phase 3: Development 

We hold our finger on the pulse during the development phase of your project. You will find all the details about our process in the sections on databases, web technology or mobile applications. One constant: active project management. We ensure a smooth communication channel so that fine-tuning is always quick and simple.

  • Phase 4: Implementation 

New technology? That has a particularly large impact on your staff. Because they are the ones who will have to work with the software. If you involve them at the very beginning of your project, you will save a great deal of money by not having to catch up. That is why we train them, support them in the transition, coach the key persons in their management roles, etc. We use recognized methods such as SMART and GROW and modern technologies such as videocasting and wikis.
